Cancellation policy
We only accept written cancellations via fax or email. We charge you 50 % of your prepayment as an administration fee (min. administration fee: 10 000 Forints) in case of cancellation within 10 days of arrival. In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival you will be charged 100 % of your prepayment as an administration fee (min. administration fee: 10 000 Forints).
